APISWA is focused on protecting the interests and safety of consumers and on ensuring that alcohol is enjoyed in moderation, in ways that are appropriate to the local context and in line with international best practice.

Since 2015, we have been working to:

Promote a culture of moderation and responsible consumption.

Promote a fair, non-discriminatory regulatory and tax environment which allows consumers to access our products while also supporting the hospitality sector and overall economy.

Secure a legal framework that safeguards the centuries of skill, culture and tradition that goes into making the products which millions of consumers enjoy.

Expand industry codes of practice, covering both traditional and digital platforms, to ensure that the protection of drinkers is at the heart of what our industry does.
